Decades Lancaster – Our Take
As a children of the late 80’s and early 90’s arcade games were our thing. This place did not disappoint in its selection. From beating up Krusty with Bart Simpson’s skateboard to Guile’s Sonic Boom, Decades Lancaster provided the perfect amount of nostalgia. Tokens for each game also mirrored the times as most games cost only one token as opposed to $1 plus per play with today’s games.
We didn’t try the bowling this time around, but at just $36 per hour for up to 6 people its extremely affordable.
Decades Food and Drink
Despite feeling like a kid, we certainly did not want to drink like one, well maybe a little, but Decades had mature choices to remind us how far we’ve come. We went with a smoked Manhattan. They made the cocktail, then actually smoked the glass to add a unique touch to this drink. Moving onto apps, we tried their homemade buratta with a balsamic drizzle that was consumed in record time. We also sampled the fried green tomatoes which included a bacon jam, crab salad and lemon thyme crema. That seemed like a lot, but it worked for sure.
This place is done right from the fresh ingredients for the food to creative cocktails to a proper selection of games from the 80’s and 90’s. We recommend checking it out for sure!
